We ship only to eligible addresses in the 48 contiguous United States and Washington, DC. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories or military addresses. Canada is not available yet.
Printify and Printful products: the shipping charge and available service are calculated from the provider at checkout. These products cannot be picked up locally. Any free-shipping offer is shown before payment.
Manual products: free pickup is available at 12 Ursino Pl, Elizabeth, NJ 07208 after we email that the order is ready. In-stock items are normally ready the next business day. Sweetie Goody cookies and other prepared treats need 2–3 business days of preparation when not in stock. Orders over 10 units may need more time; we will contact you with an updated estimate. Orders can be placed at any time.
Manual-product shipping is quoted at checkout by product class and destination: small $6.95, standard $9.95, prepared/perishable $14.95, and large $18.95. Manual items qualify for free shipping when their subtotal is at least $125; Printify and Printful items do not count toward that threshold. Carrier transit begins after preparation and pickup. If a special order needs a higher shipping charge, we will ask for your agreement before charging it.
