Anime 3D posters: if a poster arrives damaged in transit, you may choose either a refund or a replacement. Use the private Track order link to submit your choice and describe the damage, or contact the store with your order number and photos. Please report the damage within 14 days of delivery. We will review the claim and confirm the next step by email. Unused posters in original condition may also be returned within 14 days; contact us before sending one back.
Printify and Printful products follow their current production and return policies. Report damage, defects, misprints or a lost shipment within 30 days of delivery or the expected delivery date, with clear photos where applicable. We will coordinate the eligible reprint, replacement or refund with the source provider. These made-to-order items generally cannot be returned for a change of mind or a wrong size/color selected by the buyer. Contact us first so we can handle the claim on your behalf.
